The resulting guacamole is a delicious blend of creamy, tangy, and spicy flavors. The mashed avocado provides a smooth texture, while the cilantro and jalapeno add a fresh herbiness and heat. The lime juice provides acidity, which balances out the rich avocado. Overall, it’s a perfect appetizer or side dish for any Mexican or Tex-Mex meal.

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 1-2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
