– 1 pound penne pasta
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 5-6 cloves of garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


1. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain the pasta.
