– 2 large flour tortillas
– 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 tablespoon of butter
– 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)

1. Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
2. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese onto one side of each of the flour tortillas.
3. Fold the tortillas in half to create a half-moon shape.
4. Add the butter to the preheated pan.
5. Once the butter has melted, place one of the prepared tortillas onto the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is lightly browned.
6. Use a spatula to carefully flip the tortilla over, then cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is lightly browned and the cheese is melted and gooey.
7. Repeat with the remaining tortilla.
