Sesame Glazed Tofu

This sesame glazed tofu recipe combines the sweetness of honey with the nutty flavor of sesame oil and sesame seeds. The tofu is first marinated in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, then baked until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The result is a deliciously sticky and savory dish that’s perfect as a vegetarian main course or as a protein-packed side dish. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables for a healthy, satisfying meal.
