Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe
– 4 slices of bread (white, wheat or sourdough)
– 4 slices of cheddar cheese
– 2 tablespoons of butter


1. Preheat a skillet on medium heat.

2. On one slice of bread, place a slice of cheddar cheese and another slice of bread on top of it.

3. Butter the top slice of bread.

4. Place the sandwich in the skillet with the buttered side down.

5. Butter the remaining top slice of bread.

6. Allow the sandwich to cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown.

7. Flip the sandwich over and allow it to cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the other slice of bread is golden brown.

8. Remove the sandwich from the skillet and allow it to cool for a few minutes.

9. Slice the sandwich in half and serve it hot.
