– 2 cups Kashi cereal
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup dried fruits (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add Kashi cereal, honey, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. If desired, add dried fruits such as raisins, cranberries or apricots to the mixture, and mix again.
